A missing vulnerable female who was last seen on the Palisades Interstate Parkway was located safely Wednesday night in Monsey following an extensive multi-hour search. The coordinated effort involved Chaverim of Rockland, Chaverim of Bergen County, Palisades Interstate Parkway Police (New Jersey), the Ramapo Police Department, and Hatzoloh EMS of Rockland County. She was found safe and is receiving the appropriate care.
