A serious head-on collision occurred Wednesday afternoon at approximately 1:10 p.m. at Route 202 near Lake Road in Montebello. The crash prompted a large emergency response, with Hatzoloh EMS, Ramapo Police, Faist EMS, Rockland Paramedics, and the Tallman Fire Department all rushing to the scene.
Authorities report that the victims sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. They were transported by paramedics to Westchester Medical Center for further treatment.
