Two children were struck by a vehicle at Hilltop Lane near Cameo Ridge Road.

Hatzolah EMS, and Ramapo Police are on the scene.

The two children are being rushed by Rockland Hatzolah Paramedics to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries.
