Sherriff was at fault
why didnt sherriff stop at intersection? wondering if he was having a medical emergency himself or was just spaced out…
Hope all is ok and Sheriff owns up.
Why are you just assuming it was the Sheriff Fault, I believe there is a traffic light at that intersection and the White Car is in the Sheriffs Lane and Looks like the White car either hit him Head on or cut in front of The Sheriff’s Vehicle as the Sheriffs Vehicle as also hit from Behind, are you anti Police Clara?
Actually I live nearby clearly the sherif went through a red light without stopping and the white car had the right of way and could not possibly stop quick enough before the sheriff barreled through the intersection
I guess you didnt analyze the footage
Clearly, the sheriff was going code three lights and siren. That either means there was a medical emergency or an auto accident with injuries. You as a driver are responsible for watching the intersection.Looking left, looking right to make sure there is no emergency vehicles going through the intersection. The driver that hit the sheriff is clearly at fault
It’s called accident for a reason. The Sheriff was on an emergency, and by the time the white car saw it, it was too late to stop. If anything, the white car was going way over the speed limit.
