Ramapo Police and Chaverim of Rockland are investigating a series of incidents in which occupants of a vehicle threw eggs at pedestrians in Monsey, South Monsey, and Airmont on Sunday evening.
The incidents occurred at multiple locations across the Ramapo area, with pedestrians reportedly being targeted by individuals inside a moving vehicle. While no injuries were reported, the incidents caused concern among residents and prompted an immediate police investigation.
Ramapo Police detectives responded to investigate and have been working to identify the vehicle and those responsible. Chaverim of Rockland volunteers have been assisting detectives by canvassing neighborhoods, speaking with potential witnesses, and reviewing surveillance camera footage from homes and businesses in the affected areas.
