A Town of Ramapo code enforcement officer was struck by a vehicle on Decatur Avenue near West Central Avenue earlier today. The vehicle, described as a white Toyota Prius taxi, fled the scene. Spring Hill EMS and Ramapo Police responded, and police are investigating the hit-and-run.
