MONSEY: Hatzoloh EMS and Monsey Fire Department Respond to High-Level Carbon Monoxide Incident on Meron Drive

A high-level carbon monoxide alarm on Meron Drive near Kearsing Parkway prompted an immediate response from Hatzoloh EMS and the Monsey Fire Department earlier today. The source of the carbon monoxide was traced to a dryer.

The Monsey Fire Department acted swiftly to resolve the issue, ensuring the safety of residents in the area. Hatzoloh EMS assessed multiple individuals on-site, with all reported to be in stable condition.

Orange and Rockland Utilities are on the scene to conduct a secondary verification to confirm the resolution. Residents are reminded to regularly maintain household appliances and ensure carbon monoxide detectors are in proper working condition.
