Federal, state, county, town, and local officials joined the Monsey Fire District Commissioners on Sunday morning for a special visit to the Monsey Fire Department’s Dispatch Communications Center, where they toured the facility and learned about its day-to-day operations.
The visit offered an inside look at the advanced systems and coordination that power emergency response throughout the Monsey Fire District and neighboring departments during mutual aid operations. Officials praised the professionalism and dedication of Monsey’s firefighters and dispatchers, who serve the community around the clock.
Following the tour, attendees gathered for a breakfast event arranged by VIP Productions, where discussions centered on enhancing inter-agency coordination and recognizing the vital contributions of local first responders.
