Monsey Fire Department Partners with Village of Kaser to Host Safe and Efficient Sreifas Challah Event Attended by Hundreds

On Sunday, in a beautiful display of community collaboration and safety, the Monsey Fire Department, in conjunction with the Village of Kaser, hosted a safe and organized Sreifas Challah event ahead of Pesach.

Hundreds of Yidden participated in this special initiative, which provided a secure and respectful environment to fulfill the mitzvah of burning challah.

Members of the Monsey Fire Department were on site throughout the day and into the next morning, ensuring that every piece of challah was properly burned. Their dedication and presence helped guarantee that the mitzvah was performed safely and in accordance with halachic and safety standards.

This event is part of a broader effort to promote fire safety during the pre-Pesach preparations, while also supporting the community in their observance of this important Mitzvah.
