Monsey Fire Department on Scene in Greenwood Lake; RAC Unit Provides Food and Kosher Meals

The Monsey Fire Department has been on the scene of the significant fire in Greenwood Lake since early this morning, working alongside local units to bring the blaze under control.

To support their team, the Monsey Fire Department’s Rest and Comfort (RAC) unit arrived in the early afternoon, providing essential food supplies, including kosher meals, to the firefighters. This gesture ensured the firefighters had the energy and support needed to continue their critical work in challenging conditions.
