MONSEY: Early Morning Structure Fire Reported on Route 306 Near Maple Ave, Fire Quickly Extinguished by Sprinkler System

Emergency personnel were dispatched at approximately 2:00 AM to a reported structure fire at 112 Route 306. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered that a fire in a bathroom had already been brought under control by the home’s sprinkler system, preventing further spread. Crews conducted a thorough inspection of the residence to ensure there was no extension of the fire and confirmed that the home was safe.

Monsey, Spring Valley, and Hillcrest Fire Departments responded to the scene, along with Ramapo Police, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, Chaverim of Rockland, Hatzoloh EMS, and Orange & Rockland Utilities.
