On Sunday evening around 7:30 p.m., a driver suspected of driving under the influence was taken into custody after his vehicle erupted in flames on College Road near Highview Road.
Ramapo Police, along with the Tallman and Monsey Fire Departments, responded swiftly to the scene and extinguished the fire.
