Man Who Killed Yosef Neumann Z”L In Monsey Chanukah Attack Goes Back To Court

Grafton Thomas, the anti-Semite who attacked a Chanukah party in the Monsey home of the Kosson – Forshay Rebbe four years ago, is set to make a court appearance on Wednesday.

The machete attack, which took place on Dec. 28, 2019, injured multiple people, including 72-year-old Yosef Neumann, who later succumbed to his injuries while in a long-term care hospital in Lakewood.

Thomas was found incompetent to stand trial in April and was sent to a mental health institution.

The court session today may provide crucial updates regarding Thomas’s current competency to face trial on state-level charges.
