Major Fire Erupts at Avalon Gardens Drive in Nanuet After Gas Line Rupture {PHOTOS & VIDEOS}

A significant fire broke out at 287 Avalon Gardens Drive in Nanuet after a gas line was struck, leading to a full building being engulfed in flames. The incident prompted a swift response from multiple Rockland County Fire Departments, who are currently on the scene.

Despite efforts to contain the blaze, the ruptured gas line has yet to be repaired, causing the fire to persist. Orange and Rockland Utilities are actively working to fix the gas line, but the situation remains critical. However, Sources confirmed to Monsey Scoop that the flames are currently under control.
