A loose dog roaming around Monsey near Remsen Avenue and Highview Road was safely contained by Chaverim of Rockland volunteers earlier today, until the Town of Ramapo dog control unit arrived.
The dog was then taken to a local shelter for proper care, showcasing a swift community effort to ensure the safety of the wandering canine.
