In an effort to ease Pesach expenses for large families, Tomchei Shabbos of Rockland County organized a pre-Pesach food distribution event today at the New York Boulders stadium in Pomona. The distribution will provide over 1500 families with receiving ample food and grocery items.
Among the attendees were notable figures such as Congressman Mike Lawler, Senator Bill Weber, Town Of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht, and Former State Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick. These officials not only attended but actively participated in organizing the event and assisting in loading cars and trucks with hundreds of food boxes.
