An individual armed with a knife reportedly charged toward several people, including children, in the parking lot of the Spring Valley Marketplace (Bingo). Chaverim of Rockland volunteers maintained visual contact with the suspect until Spring Valley Police officers arrived and swiftly took the individual into custody. No injuries were reported.
