Rockland County Executive Ed Day, alongside Town of Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann, County Legislator Will Kennelly, and other local officials, celebrated the grand opening of Kennelly Square Senior Apartments in Congers.
Located at the former site of Kennelly’s Grille House on Route 9W, the new housing complex is designed for residents aged 55 and older. The three-story development features 26 one- and two-bedroom units, along with amenities such as a fitness room and a lounge, offering comfort and convenience for senior residents.
Kennelly Square is a significant addition to the county’s efforts to address the growing need for senior housing, combining thoughtful design with community-centered living.
