Thousands of Rockland County residents who frequent Westchester County Airport will soon have new travel options to Florida. JSX, the semi-private jet carrier, is introducing new seasonal flights to Florida, perfectly timed for the cooler months ahead.
Starting this November, JSX will begin operating flights from Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Naples Municipal Airport (APF) and West Palm Beach (PBI). The route to West Palm Beach will launch on November 15, followed by flights from Morristown Airport (MMU) in New Jersey to the same destination on November 22. Each of these flights will operate daily.
Additionally, on November 21, JSX will commence flights from both Westchester and Morristown to Naples. These routes will be available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
JSX’s Chief Commercial Officer, David Drabinsky, shared the company’s excitement about the new routes: “We look forward to increasing access to seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable air travel for customers traveling with friends, family, pets, and grandparents this holiday season to these idyllic vacation destinations across Florida and Utah.”
Alongside the new routes, JSX will also resume two other seasonal services. Flights to Boca Raton from Westchester and Morristown will restart on November 22, while service to Salt Lake City from several West Coast destinations, including Burbank, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale, will begin on December 19.
Introductory rates for these new flights start as low as $239 one-way.
JSX operates a fleet of 48 Embraer ERJ aircraft, each with 30 seats. As a semi-private carrier, JSX allows passengers to arrive at the terminal just 20 to 45 minutes before departure. Onboard, travelers can enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi from SpaceX’s Starlink, two checked bags (including oversized items like skis or golf bags), free cocktails, and more.
These new routes and enhanced services aim to provide an unmatched level of comfort and convenience at an accessible price, ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all passengers.
