Simcha filled the air on Sunday as the Satinover Beis Medrash in Airmont held a beautiful Hachnosas Sefer Torah. The new Sefer Torah was dedicated by the devoted mispallelim of the shul, located on Madison Hill Road, under the leadership of their esteemed Rav, HaRav Yitzchok Rosenbaum Shlita, son of the previous Kallisher Rebbe ZT”L of Flatbush.
The event was marked by heartfelt singing and dancing in the streets as men from the kehilla escorted the Torah with great kavod and emotion. Women and children watched with pride and joy from the sidelines, soaking in the uplifting moment. The Satinover shul, known for its warmth and strong sense of community, was filled with feelings of achdus and simchas haTorah.
Chaverim of Rockland and the Ramapo Police Department were on hand to ensure everything went smoothly and safely, as the Kehila celebrated this milestone with true Yiddishe pride.
