An injured hiker was rescued Sunday following a nearly two-hour operation in Harriman State Park. New York State Forest Rangers, New York State Park Police, Haverstraw EMS, and members of the Hillburn and Thiells Fire Departments responded to the scene. The hiker sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
