🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER: Town of Ramapo Enforces Strict Snowfall Parking Regulations

As we are in the snow season, the Town of Ramapo is reminding residents of Local Law No. 6-2023, which strictly prohibits parking on all public roads during snowfall or when snowfall has been forecasted.

According to the town’s Department of Highways, once snow begins to fall, vehicles must be removed from public roads until the snow has stopped and streets have been fully cleared. Failure to comply may result in fines or towing, as enforcement will be carried out by the Ramapo Police Department.

Residents are urged to take this regulation seriously to ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations. A copy of the law document is attached below.
