Ramapo Police are investigating a robbery and assault that occurred Monday afternoon on Eckerson Lane.
Sources tell Monsey Scoop that the incident occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. One victim was assaulted and robbed and was evaluated at the scene by Spring Hill EMS.
The suspect reportedly fled the area on foot. As part of the search effort, Ramapo Police deployed a drone to assist officers on the ground. The investigation is being conducted with assistance from the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and Ramapo Police detectives.
