On Tuesday at approximately 4:19 PM, multiple fire departments and other emergency personnel were dispatched to a structure fire at 9 Buena Vista Avenue in Hillcrest.
Firefighters from Hillcrest, New City, Spring Valley, and Nanuet responded to the scene alongside Spring Hill EMS and the Ramapo Police Department.
Crews battled heavy fire conditions for about an hour before successfully bringing the blaze under control and extinguishing the flames.
