Hillcrest Fire Company No. 1 Conducts Final Inspection of New Fire Truck

Hillcrest Fire Company No. 1, in collaboration with commissioners from the Moleston Fire District, recently spent several days at the Pierce Manufacturing plant in Florida to conduct a final inspection of their new fire truck, designated 6-1501.

The inspection process included a thorough review and some necessary alterations to ensure the vehicle meets the specific needs of the company. With the initial inspection complete, the next phase involves sending the truck to Firematic for additional enhancements and the application of official lettering.

This new addition is expected to bolster the capabilities of Hillcrest Fire Company No. 1, enhancing their ability to respond effectively to emergencies within the community.
