Today, the Hillcrest Fire Company engaged in biweekly probationary training at the Rockland County Fire Training Center.
In this session, Probationary Firefighters who had cleared Firefighter 1 were split into teams to carry out searches, handle hose lines, and refine their skills.
Meanwhile, other probationary firefighters practiced tasks like setting up tarps with essential tools and replacing SCBA bottles.
The training provided valuable hands-on experience and learning for all participants.
