High-Speed Driver Arrested for DWI in Hillcrest

This morning, a Ramapo Police Officer took action against a speeding vehicle on Route 45 around 10:00 am.

The officer’s keen observation led to a traffic stop, where signs of intoxication from the driver became apparent.

Subsequently, a standard field sobriety test confirmed the suspicion, resulting in the arrest of a 27-year-old Spring Valley resident for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

The individual was processed and then released on a desk appearance ticket, setting a date for their appearance in the Town of Ramapo Court.
