HEROIC: Frum NYPD Officer and Monsey Resident Saves Man’s Life in City Island Marine Vessel Explosion

Frum Police officer Leiby Sicherman of the NYPD Patrol Borough Bronx, also a Monsey resident, trained Paramedic, and registered nurse, displayed incredible heroism today. When a marine vessel exploded on City Island, Officer Sicherman’s quick response and medical skills saved a man’s life. He applied a tourniquet, stopping severe bleeding and ensuring the victim’s survival.
