HEROIC: Frum NYPD Officer and Monsey Resident Saves Man’s Life in City Island Marine Vessel Explosion

Frum Police officer Leiby Sicherman of the NYPD Patrol Borough Bronx, also a Monsey resident, trained Paramedic, and registered nurse, displayed incredible heroism today.
