Chiefs John Gould (Haverstraw) and Gregg Becker (Stony Point) attended a leadership summit at the NYPD Police Academy on Thursday, featuring keynote speaker Jocko Willink.
The former Navy SEAL emphasized discipline, accountability, and extreme ownership in leadership. The chiefs valued the insights gained, reinforcing their commitment to strong, effective leadership in their communities.
