Haverstraw Police Attend Annual Sentry Conference at NYPD Headquarters

Last Friday, members of the Town of Haverstraw Police Department were welcomed back to NYPD Headquarters for the annual Sentry Conference, an event facilitated by the NYPD Intelligence Division. This conference serves as a cornerstone for Operation Sentry, a nationwide, multi-agency program that fosters information and intelligence sharing among law enforcement agencies.

As partners in Operation Sentry, the Haverstraw Police Department gains access to real-time resources and information from across the nation, enhancing its capability to respond swiftly and effectively to security concerns.

In attendance at the conference were Chief John Gould Jr., Captain Ian Kaye, and Detective Sergeant Steven Rosado, representing Haverstraw’s commitment to inter-agency cooperation and public safety.
