Haverstraw Police Officer Emmanuel Reyes was officially promoted to Detective during a ceremony held Tuesday evening at Haverstraw Town Hall. Hosted by Town Supervisor Howard Phillips and the Town Board, the event drew police leadership, fellow officers, community members, and family who gathered to show their support.
Detective Reyes was formally sworn in and took the oath of office as Police Chief John Gould Jr. and other officials looked on. The town extended its congratulations and best wishes to Reyes as he begins this new chapter in his law enforcement career.
