The Haverstraw Police Department has announced the arrest of 22-year-old Brawian Olivero Duran, a resident of Haverstraw, New York, in connection with two recent commercial burglaries within the Village of Haverstraw.
Duran faces charges including two counts of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, as well as petit larceny and possession of burglar tools, both Class A misdemeanors.
He was arraigned in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
