At approximately 12:45 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to reports of smoke inside a building at 10 Brevoort Drive. Upon arrival, crews confirmed an active structure fire in one of the apartments.
The fire was quickly brought under control. Units from the Hillcrest Fire Department and Thiells Fire Department responded to the scene, along with Haverstraw Police and Haverstraw EMS.
