Hatzoloh EMS of Rockland County Holds Ribbon-Cutting for Two New Ambulances at Ramapo Town Hall {PHOTOS & VIDEOS}

Just days after Monsey Scoop reported on Hatzoloh EMS of Rockland’s expansion, adding two brand-new ambulances and one remount to its fleet, the organization held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday morning at Ramapo Town Hall.

The event marked the formal introduction of units H19 and H20, now fully operational and ready to respond across Ramapo and the surrounding communities. Town officials, Hatzoloh leadership, and community members gathered to celebrate the major upgrade to Rockland’s emergency response capabilities.

Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht praised the volunteers and emphasized how crucial these new resources are for public safety. “Hatzoloh continues to set the gold standard for emergency response in our town,” Supervisor Michael Specht told Monsey Scoop. “These new ambulances will reduce response times and save lives. We’re proud to support their mission and grateful for the dedication of every volunteer.”

A Hatzoloh coordinator also shared appreciation for the partnership and the community’s continued support. “Our goal is simple: to respond faster and care for patients at the highest level,” Hatzoloh coordinator Abe Rosenberg told Monsey Scoop. “These new units allow us to do exactly that. We thank Supervisor Specht and the Ramapo Town Board for always standing behind Hatzoloh and helping us serve the community with excellence.”

Following the ribbon-cutting, attendees viewed the new ambulances up close, with volunteers showcasing some of the upgraded medical equipment and safety enhancements.

H19 and H20 have now officially entered service.

  2. R’ Yoel, check your facts before you talk. Go around to all the 10 or so garages RH has over Rockland and count all the new trucks.
