HAPPENING NOW: Hazmat Teams and Fire Departments Collaborate to Investigate Suspicious Substance Seized at Spring Valley Police Headquarters

The Rockland County Hazmat team, in collaboration with the Spring Valley, Nyack, and West Haverstraw Fire Departments, is investigating a suspicious substance. The substance was confiscated from an individual arrested at the Spring Valley Police Headquarters.
