The Rockland County Hazmat team, in collaboration with the Spring Valley, Nyack, and West Haverstraw Fire Departments, is investigating a suspicious substance. The substance was confiscated from an individual arrested at the Spring Valley Police Headquarters.
Currently undergoing testing, the nature and potential hazards of the substance are being assessed. Authorities are working to ensure public safety and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
