On Sunday, Reb Avigdor Ostricher, Skvere Rosh Hakohol, dedicated a new Sefer Torah to the Skvere Beis Medrash in the presence of the Skvere Rebbe Shlita. The event began with a small scale street procession and concluded in the newly constructed Beis Medrash within the Rebbe’s home, where the Rebbe and his family celebrated with heartfelt dancing.
