Moshe Gruber, a Frum Orthodox man and a distinguished graduate of United Talmudical Academy (UTA), has recently stepped into the role of Director of Legislative Fiscal Affairs for the Rockland County Legislature. Gruber brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having worked at several prominent accounting firms, including PwC. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
In his new capacity, Gruber will work closely with the legislature on various financial matters, managing the county’s budget, and assessing financial items critical to the county’s fiscal health. His responsibilities extend to reviewing funding requests, overseeing capital projects, and drafting memoranda that provide legislators with critical information on monetary issues.
