FORSHAY: Tree Down on Live Wires Prompts Emergency Response on Wilder Road

Emergency responders were called out Wednesday around noon after heavy winds brought a tree down onto live electrical wires on Wilder Road near Willow Tree.

Monsey Fire Department, Chaverim of Rockland, and the Ramapo Police Department responded to the scene and secured the area while the hazard was addressed. Motorists were advised to avoid the area as crews worked to ensure public safety.
