An accident occurred just after 9:00AM at the intersection of Wilder Road and Lime Kiln Road in Forshay.
Hatzolah EMS, Ramapo Police and Rockland Paramedics were on the scene.
Hatzolah transported one patient with injuries to a local hospital.
