FINALLY: New Square Residents Unite to Fund Long-Demanded Second Entrance Paving

Residents of New Square have banded together to raise an impressive $30,000 for the long-awaited paving of a second entrance at Fastov Avenue and Route 45.

Repeated requests for road repairs had gone unanswered, causing numerous flat tires and inconvenience for the village. In response, a group of proactive residents decided to take matters into their own hands, kickstarting the road’s transformation, which began today.

This project not only promises traffic relief but also improved safety and accessibility for the village, showcasing the power of community determination in New Square.
