Final Phase of Blueberry Commons Project to Begin, Bringing Site Improvements for Nearby Residents

High Point Builders, the developers of the Blueberry Commons project located at the intersection of Kearsing Parkway and Route 306, have announced the commencement of the final phase of site work, which will bring much-needed improvements for local residents.

As part of these upgrades, a turning lane will be added for traffic approaching from Viola Road, making left turns onto Kearsing Parkway safer. Additionally, new sidewalks will be installed from Edison Court to Wiener Drive, enhancing pedestrian accessibility. The project will also include repaving Kearsing Parkway and finalizing various finishing touches to improve the area for residents.

Another key enhancement will be upgraded DOT approved traffic signals at the intersection of Route 306 and Kearsing Parkway, improving traffic flow and safety at the busy crossing.

“We understand that residents have been eagerly anticipating these upgrades, and we want to keep the community informed as we move forward with this phase of work,” High Point Builders shared with Monsey Scoop.

These enhancements aim to improve both traffic flow and pedestrian safety, marking a significant step toward completing the Blueberry Commons development.
