The Rebbe’s visit, sparked by his grandchild’s wedding to the daughter of Reb Moshe Teitelbaum of Kiryas Yoel, promises a month of inspiration and gatherings.
Arriving in New York next week Wednesday, the Rebbe will mark Shabbos Parshas Vayeira with a celebratory Shabbos aufruf for his grandson at the Chalet Hotel in Fallsburg. This special occasion is expected to draw thousands of chassidim from various cities, eager to share in the joy.
Following the wedding, set for Tuesday in Kiryas Yoel, the Rebbe will extend his stay for three additional Shabbosim in Monsey. During this period, a series of fundraising events will support the mosdos and shul in Eretz Yisroel. Throughout his visit, chassidim will have the cherished opportunity to meet with the Rebbe, present a kvittel, and receive a brachah, making this a significant moment for his followers in America.
