At approximately 9:50 PM, Spring Valley Police responded to multiple reports of gunfire on East Hickory Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered shell casings scattered across several locations, indicating multiple shots had been fired.
In a disturbing discovery, at least one bullet struck a window of a residential building and pierced through a TV screen inside an apartment. Additional bullets were found in other apartments in multiple buildings. A nearby vehicle was also struck, with multiple bullets recovered inside the car.
Ramapo Police and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene. As of now, no injuries have been reported.
