Congressman Mike Lawler announced that his New York offices have officially closed more than 9,000 constituent service cases, marking a significant milestone in assisting residents throughout the Hudson Valley.
According to Lawler, his casework team has helped constituents navigate a wide range of issues involving federal agencies, including securing benefits for veterans, assisting seniors with Social Security and Medicare matters, resolving passport delays, and helping families address concerns with various government agencies.
“Serving our community and delivering results is at the heart of what we do,” Lawler said, praising his staff for their dedication and commitment to helping Hudson Valley residents. He added that his office remains available to assist individuals and families who need help dealing with federal agencies.
Lawler credited the achievement to the hard work of his constituent services team and reaffirmed his commitment to providing responsive assistance to residents across New York’s 17th Congressional District.
