A serious head-on-collision involving a dump truck has left one person unconscious on Route 303 near Hemlock Drive. Emergency personnel, including Congers EMS, Clarkstown Police, Congers Fire Department, and New City Fire Department, are on the scene. Injuries have been reported.
As a result of the crash, Route 303 is closed in both directions in the area. The Clarkstown Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit is actively working at the scene, and the closure is expected to last for several hours.
