The Clarkstown Police Department will host a free child car seat safety inspection event next Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Nanuet Fire Department Substation, located at 11 Renee Lane in Bardonia. Certified technicians will be available to inspect child safety seats and ensure they are properly installed, helping keep children safe while traveling. The event is by appointment only.
