Clarkstown Police Sgt. Peter Culianos Promoted, Honored with Heartfelt School Send-Off

The Clarkstown community is celebrating the promotion of longtime officer Peter Culianos to the rank of Sergeant. Since joining the department in 2014, Sgt. Culianos has served in various roles, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and most recently, School Resource Officer at A. MacArthur Barr Middle School in Nanuet.

Sgt. Culianos has earned widespread respect for his commitment to public safety and his deep connection with local youth. His work at Barr Middle School has left a lasting impact, with students and staff showing their appreciation through a heartfelt walk-out ceremony in his honor — a gesture that underscored the strong relationships he built during his time on campus.
