The Clarkstown Police Department is actively searching for 59-year-old Keith Moran, who was reported missing from his residence on July 13, 2025.
Moran is described as walking with a limp and has several distinctive tattoos, including a small red cross on his right cheek. Investigators believe he may be in the Manhattan or Brooklyn area.
