Clarkstown Police are seeking eyewitness accounts for a fatal scooter accident that occurred in West Nyack last month.
18-year-old Dariel Rivera, a Central Nyack teen, lost his life in the incident. While a Garnerville man turned himself in and was charged with leaving the scene of the accident, authorities still need more information about the incident.
