Clarkstown Police Release Identities of Victims in Fatal New City Crash

The Clarkstown Police Department has released the identities of the three victims tragically killed in a motor vehicle crash that occurred early Sunday morning, September 28, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m. Officers responded to the scene near the intersection of North Little Tor Road and Roberts Road, where they discovered a gray Honda Civic that had veered off the roadway and struck a tree, sustaining catastrophic damage. All three occupants were pronounced deceased at the scene by responding medical personnel.

Police confirmed that the victims were 20-year-old Andrew Pinos of Nanuet, 18-year-old Larry Buestan of Thiells, and a 14-year-old female from Stony Point whose name is being withheld due to her age. The Clarkstown Police Accident Investigation Team continues to actively investigate the cause of the crash and authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information to contact the Traffic Unit at (845) 639-5800.
